The three timelines
- Stocked in Australia: common H5 and APS sizes and service parts — days to any capital, with your fitting window the only real constraint.
- UK stock: the wider ladder ships from the Essex works — typically a few weeks door-to-door including freight and customs.
- Built to order: unusual sizes, handed pairs, custom work — quoted per job when the engineering review confirms the spec. We tell you before you commit, not after.
The seasonal truth
