Blade-root bearing replacement and upgrades for Autoprop; pivot pins and gear-teeth checks for Varifold. Play caught early is cheap; play ignored is a casting.
Refurbishment & balance
Strike damage, electrolysis pinking, decades of honest wear — blades dressed, hubs machined where sensible, the assembly dynamically balanced before it goes home.

We turn services around inside your haul-out window wherever humanly possible and return-freight Australia-wide. Photograph the prop and hub before it leaves — we'll quote from photos and serial-free specs before you spend on freight.
